NON-PAYER WARNING!!
I was asked to develop two websites for Dionysos Hotel (Dionysos AXTEE) in Mykonos Greece.
I paid for and developed two websites, including a four-language multi-page Flash website for the hotel and another 23-language hotel reservation
system for Ioannis Theoharis (pictured above, AKA 'John'). Theoharis approved the designs and asked me to make regular updates and then he refused to pay my
invoice. After receiving my invoice and numerous reminders, I was forced to suspend service to Theoharis. Instead of paying me, Theoharis used another domain
name and got another company create an inferior website. This guy is a real scumbag. I should know, I am his brother-in-law and this website is authorized by his sister. Anyone who knows
the Greek mentality, knows that this goes a long, long way to demonstrating to you what an asshole this guy really is if his own family want nothing to do with him.
Public records show that Ioannis Theoharis claimed to have paid more than 35,000,000 dracmas (about €105,000) to a third-party and lodged a lein against land owned by that person. Problem — He never paid the money and even if he had, he never paid the income tax and/or IKA (like social security insurance) on the income he would have had to "earn" in order to have personally paid the money.
This same "big-spender" stole a laptop from Best Western Greece, while they had their backs turned at a hotel exposition in Athens Greece (a couple years ago) and then gave it to his "then" girlfiend, Sula. Carol Marriott, CEO of Best Western Greece wants her laptop back, John!
It seems that Sula figured it out (i.e. that John is a dumbass) and she left....now word has is that this dumbass is about to marry Angeliki Korba (Angie to her American boyfriend who works at the U.S. Embassy...but we call her "fat bitch") and once this gold-digger convinces my dumbass brother-in-law to marry her, she'll soon be pregnant (if not already) and then, well, as they say, the rest is history and so will his ownership in Dionysos Hotel. More to follow on this as it happens...
If you're thinking of doing any business with this asshole, think again. Ioannis Theoharis now owes me more than €8,500 (including interest, lates fees and other collection costs).
MY ADVICE: Stay at another (better) hotel in (Ornos) Mykonos; e.g Yiannaki Hotel or call +30 22890-23393 for reservations OR click the W3Rez logo to the right.
